NAMIBIA ROAD TRIP

A condor airplane brought us from Vienna via Frankfurt to Namibia's capital Windhoek. After a couple of days at our friends' place in Windhoek we commenced our road trip which first lead us through the Eastern part to the South until we reached the border of South Africa by the Orange River. We continued up North again on the Western part with side trips to the coast and eventually to the gorgeous Etosha National Park and to Waterberg before returning back to Windhoek where once again we were happy to enjoy the company of our friends. We travelled with a rental 4x4 and stayed overnight partly in lodges and partly in our tent. Though it was rain season we only experienced some scattered drops of rain. The whole trip took us four weeks and we will definitely be back one day!
